3. In your notebook, write down important information. You should focus on the following points:

  • When is work actually done?
  • How is the amount of work calculated?
  • What is the unit for work?
  • What is meant by positive and negative work?


4. Look at the following document:



On a separate piece of lined paper, answer these questions from pages 1 & 2 of the document :

#1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (first and last picture only), & 6. This will be graded. If it is not finished in class, the assignment is homework!
